SES Production Access Request Unassigned for 17+ Days

0

Hello AWS Team & Community Managers, I am requesting assistance to route an open SES Support ticket to the Trust & Safety review team.
Our application for SES Production Access was submitted on July 31st, and I posted a follow-up inquiry on August 10th asking for an update. The case (Case ID: ***********) has been unassigned for over 17 days without any response, blocking our production launch.

  1. Case ID: ****************
  2. Sending Domain: inbox.examifly.com
  3. Use Case: 100% Transactional.
  4. Setup Status: SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment, SNS bounce handlers, and CloudWatch metrics detailed in the support ticket are fully configured.

Could an AWS Moderator or Team Member please help escalate Case ID *************** so the team can complete the review? Thank you!

Edit: Removed case ID — Sage A.

I understand you're waiting for a response on your SES production access request, and 17 days without assignment is understandably frustrating. Unfortunately, I don't have visibility into specific support cases or the ability to escalate them directly.

To add correspondence and request an update on your existing case, please visit the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. You can add details there about the time elapsed and the urgency of your production launch timeline.

For SES production access requests specifically, the review process can sometimes take time as AWS evaluates sending patterns, use cases, and compliance with email best practices. Since you've already configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling, and monitoring—which are all important components—you're well-positioned once the review begins.

If you find that response times are not meeting your business needs, you may also want to review your AWS Support plan options, as higher-tier plans typically include faster response times and more direct support channels for time-sensitive issues.

I recommend adding a detailed update to your case through the Support Center explaining your production timeline and asking for a status update on the review process.
