Received an email about AL2x86_64 Standard 3.0 Deprecation! To which AL2 version should I update?

Hi I received an email about AL2x86_64 Standard 3.0 Deprecation! I'm not sure to which version should I update? 4.0? There is no recommendation on this, and in CodeBuild and documentation I can still see AL2 standard 3.0 as option, and AL2 standard 3.0 as suggested - here So this makes me a little confused. Is it OK if I only update AL2 standard 3.0 to latest version or I need to start using AL2 standard 3.0?
