I have 2 accounts ( 1 per compagny ) is it possible to transfer a complete instance from one aws account to the other ?

It's currently not possible to transfer an instance from one account to another.

Your best course of action would be to download all your content from one instance and upload it to the other (configuration, database, code, assets, etc).
