How about scaling up your instance ? Lack of performance could be the cause.
- Scale up your instance (e.g. t2.small to t2.medium)
- Scale up your EBS volume

Thanks for your answer, I have check the Instance size and the CPU is idle, also the EBS is big enough and reamins with low utilization. I will review again the Troubleshooting but I would like to know if there is a log in the EC2 that I could check, the AWS Console error is too generic.
