Assistance needed with AWS Quota for training and deploying a CNN model

I am new to AWS and I have a free tier account. I got this message when I tried to create a new notebook instance for my dl project:

"ResourceLimitExceeded The account-level service limit 'Total domains' is 0 Domains, with current utilization of 0 Domains and a request delta of 1 Domains. Only 0 Domains are supported. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/sagemaker.html#limits_sagemaker for more details."

previously I was using sagemaker studio lab for my project, it turned out that I cannot change to a high power gpu instance.

The sagemaker studio lab notebook was still there so based on the error message I thought I should delete the current sagemaker studio lab notebook so that I can create a new notebook instance.

The new notebook instance that I created....in that I wanted this GPU instance "ml.p3.8xlarge"....is this the reason I got the error message.

This project is actually my master thesis and I don't have much time left. Can anybody please help me with this and let me know in AWS Quota server, what should I select? also In this project I want to train and deploy a CNN model.
