Web Traffic using Kinesis Data streams -Cloud formation

Hi AWS Team, When I'm trying to do the lab.. From console going to Cloud formation- Then creating stack and after uploading the template in Amazon s3 url. I'm getting Incompatible template and S3 error Access denied. I'm posting the template can verify also. I tried to search in documents but could not find any solution. Can anyone please check the template and assist me so that I can proceed forward with lab.

I'm not sure which lab you are running, but when I looked at the URL, I found the following URL.
I think you can use the URL below as it allows you to download the file.
