If you're encountering an "Insufficient capacity" or "capacity reached limit" error with Amazon Workdocs.
Check user quota: Each individual user account on Amazon WorkDocs includes 1 TB of storage capacity by default. Administrators can set storage limits for individual users and also purchase additional storage for users on a pay-as-you-go basis. There is no limit on the amount of additional data and number of documents you can store.
Please refer to https://aws.amazon.com/workdocs/features/
Clean Up: Review your stored files and delete any unnecessary data.
Check Trash:
Files deleted by users are move to Trash. They still count towards the storage quota until they permanently deleted. Ensure you empty the trash to free up space.
