I understand your frustration with the delay in your SES production access request. Here's what you should know about the process and your options:
About SES Production Access Reviews: Amazon SES production access requests are reviewed by a specialized team that evaluates each application based on AWS's sending policies and your use case details. The review process can take time, especially for accounts without paid support plans, as these requests are handled in order of receipt and complexity.
What You Can Do: The best way to follow up on your existing case is to continue adding correspondence through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. Each time you reply with additional information or follow up on your request, it helps ensure your case remains active and visible to the review team.
Since you've already provided detailed information about your sending practices, list management, and technical setup (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, bounce/complaint handling), you've done the right things. The team reviewing your request will respond when they've completed their evaluation.
The review team will provide a decision once they've completed their evaluation of your use case against AWS's sending policies. Continue monitoring your case in the Support Center for updates.

Thanks, but this doesn't really address the specific situation - the request has already been submitted with full detail twice (once on the initial ask, again in more depth 3 days later), and it's been 7+ days with only an automated survey response, no actual human review. Is there a Community Expert or AWS team member who monitors SES production-access questions who could take a look at this specific case?
