Amazon Redshift Serverless target endpoint is not yet certified with AWS DMS currently, even though work is in progress we do not have ETA at this moment. Periodically visit the following links for new feature releases:

  • Hello Eli and Favrizio! Do you have an update including a rough ETA? This affects some of our decisions on migrating to Redshift and buying a reserved instance. Thanks!

  • Do you have an update, it's been a year...

  • Are there any updates on this topic?

When creating an Amazon Redshift Serverless endpoint, for the DatabaseName field of your RedshiftSettings endpoint configuration, use either the name of the Amazon Redshift data warehouse or the name of the workgroup endpoint. For the ServerName field, use the value for Endpoint displayed in the Workgroup page for the serverless cluster (for example, default-workgroup.093291321484.us-east-1.redshift-serverless.amazonaws.com). see:https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_Target.Redshift.html#CHAP_Target.Redshift.RSServerless
