It could be that your projects have not been deleted, but that you are not on the correct region. AWS Blu Insights is a multi-region tool, so projects created in one region are not available in the other regions. You should connect to the different regions in order to find your projects. As an addendum, the projects created prior to the multi-region deployment are located in Paris region (eu-west-3). For more information, see https://bluinsights.aws/docs/faq-account-multi-region
Unfortunately there is no way to recover projects that were deleted from AWS Blu Insights. However, there are some steps you can take to prevent losing projects in the future:
-
Make regular backups of your projects by exporting them. You can then import any exported projects if needed.
-
Going forward, be sure to export any critical projects on a regular basis so they can be restored from the backups if needed. You may also want to look into version control tools like Git to help track changes over time.
