Hello,
new console sign-in process doesn't redirect after successful hardware passkey authentication using a Yubikey.
1. Browser-Related Issues:
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: This can resolve potential conflicts or stored data interfering with the authentication process.
- Disable Browser Extensions: Temporarily disable any extensions that might interfere with authentication.
- Try a Different Browser: Test the process with a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge) to isolate the issue.
2.Network Connectivity Problems:
- Ensure a stable internet connection.
- Try accessing the console from a different network or location.
3.Yubikey Configuration:
- Verify that your Yubikey is configured correctly for the desired authentication method.
- Check if there are any updates available for the Yubikey firmware.
4.AWS Console Issue:
- Report the Problem: If the issue persists across different browsers and devices, it might be a console-specific problem. Report it to AWS support for investigation.
