URGENT ESCALATION REQUEST — Case ID: 178893921200076

-1

I am writing this out of absolute distress and extreme frustration. It has now been over a week of continuous correspondence on this case, and weeks overall, with zero resolution.

To reiterate the facts: SheerID has officially confirmed that I am verified (Verification ID: 6a9a5879c84e2c3d813478e3, dated September 4, 2026). However, because my previous attempt was tied to an old email which I deleted before realizing how the system links accounts, my current active Builder ID is stuck unverified.

SheerID has explicitly stated that they cannot issue a new verification code for 335 days due to their policy, meaning AWS internal support is the only entity that can manually map my approved SheerID status to my current account.

I have upcoming certification exams and the ML Challenge 2026 deadlines rapidly approaching. Missing these due to an administrative verification loop that I have spent weeks trying to fix is severely damaging.

I demand an immediate human supervisor callback or a direct manual override of my student status on my current Builder ID. Please escalate this to a manager immediately.

I understand how frustrating this verification situation must be, especially with your certification exams and deadlines approaching. Let me address your concern directly.

Regarding your Builder ID verification issue with SheerID, AWS Support through the AWS Support Center is indeed the appropriate channel for account-specific verification problems like yours. Since you've been working on this case for some time, I'd recommend adding detailed correspondence through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/ to ensure your engineering team has all the context about the SheerID verification confirmation and the email account change that created this situation.

For account verification issues that require manual review or internal adjustments, the support team handling your existing case would need to coordinate with the appropriate internal teams. Make sure your case includes all relevant details: your current Builder ID, the SheerID verification ID and date you mentioned, and the specific issue with the previous email deletion.

If you feel your current support experience isn't meeting your needs, you may also want to review your AWS Support plan options, as different support tiers offer different response times and levels of technical assistance. Higher support tiers can provide faster responses for time-sensitive issues like yours.

The key is ensuring all the technical details are clearly documented in your support case so the team can work toward a resolution. Continue engaging through the Support Center to maintain a clear record of the issue and push for resolution.
