DMS charges for target S3 Bucket PUTs

Customer would like to use S3 as a target for DMS to pull data from a on-premises MySQL database. The AWS DMS pricing page says that any data transferred into DMS is free. Does that mean the data transferred from the DMS to S3 (since it's the target ) is also free, so no charges are levied for the PUTs to S3? Or how it is calculated?

As per pricing docs "All data transfer into AWS Database Migration Service is free, and data transferred between AWS Database Migration Service and databases in Amazon RDS and Amazon EC2 Instances in the same Availability Zone also is free."

This implies that standard S3 charges will be applicable when S3 bucket is the target of DMS.
