For these zip downloads you will need to assemble common and either vc120 (VS2013) or vc140 (VS2015). And Winlinux if you are running a linux dedicated server.

This it's like this for 75% of the sdks. Lib folder doesn't exist.
Thanks for reporting. Apparently it just finished replicating and we are keeping an eye on this. Can you try again in a bit and let me know if it is still happening?
I downloaded 20 or so minutes ago, still not working.
I did not try zip file just setup.
I do not recall the error , but the install while it finished ok, it wouldn't run, prob. similar errors as to what others are seeing; only occured with this release as I"m sure you are aware of.
Eager to try it, and understand growing pains all too well.
Fantastic! Thank you for letting us know this is working. We are sorry for the issues and frustration this may have caused. We have already created some plans for future deployments to mitigate this sort of issue.
Looks like the cloudfront distribution has propagated, I am able to download and install all required SDK's for Game Code, Engine and Asset... and Editor and Tools tick boxes.
