Server static HTML page from Lightsail object storage bucket

Question

Wanna have all HTML pages within Lightsail object storage bucket and somehow point to it from my domain by adding DNS records to GoDaddy.

Is it possible and if it is what steps I need to take?

As far as I know it is possible to publish using a Lightsail bucket and a CDN distribution.

There is also a similar method using S3 buckets and CloudFront.  
In this case, unlike the Lightsail bucket, access can be controlled using the S3 bucket, so it is possible to block communication that does not go through CloudFront.
