I have an item in my current billing cycle that I need to get the details for.

Hello: I have a billing charge for an S3 item for the current billing cycle (this month) that looks like this:

$0.01 per GB - flat fee for all bytes retrieved in One Zone-Infrequent Access ------ 15,590.954 GB ---- $155.91

I would like to get the details for that item because no such action has been taken. That is when did it happen and what are the details of the transfer.

Is it possible to do this?

Thanks, Derek

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the experience and any concerns this has caused, Derek. I recommend reading through this article to assist with finding the resources related to the charge:

https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/resources-unexpected-charges/

On that page you can learn about the AWS Cost Explorer & AWS Cost and Usage reports; which help you visualize, understand, and manage your AWS costs and usage over time.

I also encourage looking into this link for suggestions to help you avoid unexpected charges on your bill:

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/checklistforunwantedcharges.html

If you'd like, you're also welcome to create a case with our Billing team for further assistance with this:
