It's completely subjective, which area is your area of interest, whether you want to excel in that or want to grow in other spaces specially in this GenAI era. Regardless, fundamental skills are never going to be obsolete, so choose the path which is interesting to you from certifications point and pick that stream. Lastly, GenAI will make our job easier and make us more productive but there would always be time when these models don't know things just yet and you know/understand well.
