According to whois the domain was registered on 2nd July this year https://who.is/whois/schraderbachar.com
But you say that you've had the site for years. is it possible that you allowed the site registration to lapse? If you did then once the site becomes free for anybody else to register then I think you have lost it.
Even if you set your domains to auto-renew in Route 53, you can still lose it if the payment method (usually a credit card) expires and you don't update this in the Billing section of AWS Console. I'm not saying this is what has happened to you , but it is worth looking into (I nearly lost one of my domains a year ago because of this).
It may be worth raising a support call with AWS to see if they can help to work out what has happened here Account and Billing -> Service: Billing -> Category: Domain Registration Issue
