Is there a way to download a searchable PDF file from Textract?

0

Hi I have been looking at other OCR programs because Adobe Acrobat Pro has not been OCRing images in our documents correctly. When I upload Textract, the text in the images is correctly identified and downloaded in the .rtf file. I am uploading a PDF file to be scanned, can I then download a PDF file that is searchable with this found text? Any suggestions on how to take the information I have and use it to make my PDFs searchable? The OCR engine not working has been escalated at Adobe, but I do need a way to send searchable PDF files (including images) for ADA compliance. Thank you!

Thank you, this feels above my current tech abilities, but I am going to read into all this!
