I can't create image for windows workspace running on "Operating system Windows Server 2016".  I have run ImageChecker many times and all successful before creating image.  During image creation,  it stays in Pending status for a long time when Status message shows "Creating copy of WorkSpace (25%)".  Then shows "Error, An unknown error has occurred.
