按照以下说明配置 AWS Identity and Access Management（AWS IAM）权限并打开 SOC 报告。

### IAM 用户权限

默认情况下，只有 [ AWS 账户根用户](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_root-user.html)有权访问 AWS Artifact 合规性文档。

**注意：**AWS Artifact 文档也称为审计构件或报告。

要使用 IAM 策略提供 AWS Artifact 权限，请参阅 [AWS Artifact 中的身份和访问管理](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/artifact/latest/ug/security-iam.html)。

如果您提供了 IAM 权限但仍收到错误消息，请参阅 [AWS Artifact 常见问题](https://aws.amazon.com/artifact/faq/)中的**故障排除**部分。

**重要事项：**

* 如果为附加了强制执行 MFA 策略的 IAM 用户启用了多重身份验证 (MFA)，则必须使用 MFA 登录。
* 对于 AWS Organizations 账户，请确保[服务控制策略 (SCP)](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_scp.html) 不会拒绝访问 AWS Artifact 报告。

### 在下载中打开 SOC 报告

AWS Artifact 报告包含已签署的保密协议 (NDA) 和您下载的文档的副本。要访问 AWS Artifact 下载中的 SOC 报告，请选择 PDF 中的回形针图标。如果没有看到下载的 AWS Artifact 报告，请参阅 [AWS Artifact 常见问题](https://aws.amazon.com/artifact/faq/)中的**故障排除**部分。
