如果多可用区数据库实例出现计划内或计划外中断，Amazon RDS 会自动切换到其他可用区中的备用副本或辅助实例。根据中断时的数据库活动，失效转移通常持续 60-120 秒。
解决方法
要查看是否发生了失效转移，请打开 Amazon RDS 控制台，然后从导航窗格中选择事件。在控制台中访问过去 24 小时的事件。或在 AWS 命令行界面（AWS CLI）中使用 describe-events 命令。有关更多信息，请参阅查看 Amazon RDS 事件。
