How did I rack up 654 hours in just 9 days -

I have two instances running of open EMR and access one of them for about one hour per day. I dont understand how that accounts for 654 hours of usage in the first 9 days of the month

Are you referring to OpenEMR in the marketplace offered by OpenEMR Foundation? I think they are charged per running hour. So if you have 2 instances constantly running for 9 days, it would be 24 x 9 x 2 = 432 hours. Have you reached out to OpenEMR Foundation support ?

    Agree with that calculation which is why I do not understand why the note I got from them quoted a much higher number of hours...like 50 percent more
