Email Feedback Reports (Complaints) for Live.com / Hotmail.com / Yahoo.com

We use SES for transactional emails. We do send a high volume of these emails - we run a fantasy football platform and users receive an email each time a draft pick is made, so at this time of year there are many such notifications (users can opt in and out). We started receiving Email Feedback Reports (Complaints) related to Yahoo email addresses. We then received the complaints from our users with Hotmail and Live.com email addresses. Our users are unaware of these reports being issued and have not submitted complaints, so it appears that it's something on Yahoo & Microsoft's side. We have since reached out to Yahoo and they have confirmed that it isn't a report that is being generated by their system.

Does anyone have experience & guidance for this?
