Unlike a self-managed PostgreSQL server, you can't directly access the file system of an Aurora instance to place your dictionary files. However, there are workarounds:
-
Use AWS S3 and Data Migration Service (DMS): You can upload your dictionary files to an S3 bucket and then use AWS DMS or other AWS data migration tools to transfer data to your Aurora instance. This approach usually involves loading data into tables rather than directly manipulating server configurations.
-
Use pgAdmin or SQL Workbench: For some custom configurations, you might be able to use SQL-based tools like pgAdmin or SQL Workbench to execute SQL commands that modify the database's text search configuration. This method won't directly upload files but can be used to tweak settings or upload the contents of dictionary files to tables.
