Add Request Header to specific files for WAF rule use

I've tried adding RequestHeader within conf file, but it never shows up in Request Headers when lodaing website.

Meanwhile, adding a Header works fine, within conf file and php, bt only show in Response Headers.

WAF Rules support request headers so need solution.

Architecture used: WAF, Cloudfront, ELB, multiple ec2s
