I'm not sure what is causing your specific error, but make sure you append a trailing / to the location. If you could your table definition and the query you are trying to execute, that would help further troubleshoot the error.

Can you please check on these points ?
- Did you run the Glue crawler for Athena to be aware of the table ?
- Do you see the database in Athena where the table is ?
- Is your query prefixed with the database name ? ( not required always but good to have)
