Best practice to synchronize CDK scripts with actual resources

After creating resources with CDK scripts, sometimes created resources should be modified directly or should be newly created accidentally.

In this case, I must repair the CDK scripts to create the right resources. Drift detection is a powerful tool, but can't detect newly created resources. What do you think about the best practice to do it?
