Can't start LightSail Instance under root account

I have get some account compromised warning after fixed that issue I am unable to start my LightSail instance

It could just have been some delay in all systems being updated, between the account getting fixed and your trying to start your Lightsail instance. Please try again, if you haven't already, to see if it works now.

If the problem persists, please either continue contacting AWS Support via any open case you have for the account fix issue or via a new case to AWS Support under the free support plan.

Since this needs account-specific details we will not be able to help in this public forum.
