ad connector > sso use

When I tried to activate sso after activating the adconnector, the error occurred

Authentication failed for the provided Username and Password. Please provide the correct credentials. : RequestId: 84d9807a-fea8-474d-869a-318b64c3ae28

Is it adconnector problem?

Hi There

This usually means that the provided credentials for the AWS service account to your on-premises AD is incorrect. Please enter/update the correct credentials for the AWS service user to your on-premises AD. Check that the service account is not locked out/expired password as well
