Hi!
I am having trouble setting up a gov account. The standard instructions are not working: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/govcloud-us/latest/UserGuide/getting-started-sign-up.html
When I got to the Account page, scroll down to the Other settings section. I choose the AWS GovCloud link:
I get this error:
How do I get around this issue? How do I get direct support?

Hi ****,
Can you have ****** raise a support ticket from the AWS account that would be tied with? It looks like ****** got in contact with an email that wasn’t through the Support Console so the Support engineer wasn’t able to access the logs in the account.
When this is done they should be able to help you gain access to gov cloud. Please raise the ticket and send me the case ID so I can track it.
