Stop email notifications going to spam/junk or being quarantined

0

We have an e-commerce website where we send our customers notifications for email verification on registrations (user needs to receive OTP) and order status changes. Emails are sent to customers, but they are not received in their Inbox, except for GMAIL accounts.

All notifications are going to spam/junk mail folders, or being quarantined. I

Can you please suggest what we can do to stop our emails going to spam/junk folders or from being blocked? It certainly counters the idea of receiving notifications.

If OTP messages have a low reputation with mailbox providers, then it is likely that there is something about the messages from your domain that recipients find objectionable and are reporting the messages as spam, which sends feedback to the mailbox provider's algorithms to treat future messages as unwanted by their recipients..

The most common reason for OTP messages to be found objectionable is because the recipient has not requested it. Make sure you have CAPTCHAs.
