How do I set the public IP address of an Amazon Fargate task running for an AWS Batch job static using elastic IP address?

I want the IP address to be static for all my AWS batch tasks.

You can't add a static IP address or Elastic IP address directly to a Fargate task.

    My question is specific to the task that runs on AWS batch jobs. If not fargate. Can I attach it to the EC2 instance type in AWS batch ?
