AWS DMS: Data not getting replicated from MySQL source to AWS Redshift target

We have created few dms tasks for multiple tables that need to be migrated. It seems there is an issue with the migrate type "migrate existing and replicate ongoing changes". These tasks show they are running successfully, but the updates are not getting captured properly at the target database. We have to restart the whole task to get the updates.

I observed "Turn on batch-optimized apply" option while creating dms task. By default, it is checked/applied when the target is AWS redshift by default. I doubt this setting.

Any advice would certainly help us.
