Why can't I see Inf2 as an option when trying to launch an instance?

It seems to be available according to every online source I see.

Inf2 Instances are available now in us-east-1 and us-east-2. Please make sure that you have selected the right region and there are no organizational service control policies (SCP) that might limit your access to certain services and/or instance types.

Inf2 Instaces can be launched either through DLAMI directly or other services: ECS/EKS/SageMaker.

I don't see Inf2 instances, I only see Inf1 instances..

Why can't I see Inf2 as an option when trying to launch an instance?
