Can someone please look into this? I have tried all the suggestions with no luck. The negative rating on the answers indicates that no good solution exist for this issue. I am facing this issue in ap-southeast-2.
Unable to start the environment. You must verify your account before accessing CloudShell. To verify your account, contact AWS Support . The link goes to https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home with no guidance as to how to "verify" my account.
Hi there, I have the same problem as yours. Have you fixed it? Thank you.
Hi, good question.
A couple things I would start with:
- What region are you in? Cloudshell only operates in the following regions: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/cloudshell.html
- Are there any other policies that could be denying CloudShell? SCP (Organization Level), Managed Policies, Permission Boundaries? If not, Admin Access should do the trick (Cloudshell:*).
- Have you restarted? Actions -> Restart CloudShell. This will kill any active sessions you have.
I updated my question.
