Error while receiving messages from .com.mx senders workmail
I'm receiving failure notifications where I try to send an email configured with workmail, I can receive from gmail.com but I can't with yahoo.com.mx, I have configured the steps from the documentation.
550: Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.
sonic305-22.consmr.mail.ne1.yahoo.com [66.163.185.148]:36392 is not
permitted to relay through this server without authentication.
the configuration is throwing correct parameters as far as I can see. (image attached)
I updated it on 4/29/2024 since I'm facing same issues now for gmail as well, sometimes it arrives to workmail:

I resolved it. What I found is that in the domain hosting service, I had 2 MX records (as displayed in the image), 1 created by them, and the other created by me following AWS steps, so there was a conflict, I dropped the one created by my hosting service and now I'm able to receive and send emails from workmail, no further problems I found, so will be testing the functionality now, hope this can help someone.
