I believe you can use Cost Explorer to see the breakdown.

As was mentioned, if you have Cost Explorer enabled already, you can see the credits by filtering usage type for credits and then changing the display dimension to service. This should show you which services received the credit.
The picture you included is in the billing console. If you go to Bills (from the left hand panel) and the bill where the credit was applied, you should have a tab called savings. In that tab should be listed Credits. And if you click on Credits, it should list out all the services that received credits and how much each service received.
