We are developing an amplify app, using js. client library, client is written in VueJS and hosted on S3. Now we wanna secure our site by adding cors, which allow only our site can request graphql api. There is no configuration to do it.

How are you deploying/configuring your bucket? Console (UI), Cloudformation, or something different?
