dms doesn't apply changes after full load

I've configured dms replication with CDC (Postgresql -> Postgresql) for 8 tables.

5 tables, full load, and replication are ok. Changes are applying.

3 tables, full load is ok, but no changes, cdc is not working. And I can't find any differences between these tables. All tables have a primary key.

In the Cloudwatch logs, I can see only. No records received to load or apply on target, waiting for data from upstream.

I don't understand how to debug this issue.
