I ended my resources after Free Tier had ended

0

so I got the email to remind me to end any resources still active (before Apr 30), and I saw that my bill is $0, and I actually thought that was the bill because I remember ending all resources the last time I used it.

Now I saw that the bill has increased at $0.26 and I just now terminated all the resources, will the bill still increase? if not how could I stop getting billed

It is necessary to identify which resources are incurring charges.
Use the "AWS Cost Explorer" to identify which resources in which regions are incurring charges.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ja_jp/cost-management/latest/userguide/ce-what-is.html

After identification, if the resource is unnecessary, it can be deleted and no fee will be charged.

  • Well I did go to all my regions and terminated the resources, so it's fine right? I won't be charged furthermore even if I terminated them after the free tier has ended?

  • In rare cases, EC2 or RDS snapshots may be left behind, which may incur a fee, so it is a good idea to check. Yes, you will not be charged after cancellation.
