SNS For Mutiple Countries for the application Hosted in Mumbai

Question

My application hosted in AWS Mumbai and we are using AWS SNS mumbai to send Messages like OTP now we want to expand our application so we want to send messages to many other countries  so how to do this ?
And We are using Cognito which uses Singapore region for Forgot OTP flow because we are using senderID in mumbai so the forgot flow template was not registered to that sender ID 
Now we want to send OTPS to mobile numbers in Other countries as well  
For US we need to get some 1DLC number how to get that and how to configure in SNS and For other countries do we need to register in their countries or will the existing Sender ID will work

To send SMS messages to other countries, you will need to register sender IDs with the appropriate authorities in some countries. For example, India requires registration of sender IDs. The US also requires registration of sender IDs as well as toll-free numbers and 10-digit long codes.

You can use the same sender ID that is registered in Mumbai to send SMS messages to countries that don't require registration. However, for countries like the US, India, and others that do require registration, you will need to work with AWS support to register the appropriate identifiers.
