im trying to connect through remote desktop but am getting the following message, tried everything i knew to resolve it. Even i followed all the step mentioned in pervious posts
If any agent available then please create followup at my email i need to resolve the issue soon as possible

Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
Remote access to the server is not enabled
The remote computer is turned off
The remote computer is not available on the network
