Reduce beginning delay in Kinesis Video Stream WebRTC.

Hi, I am using Kinesis Video Stream WebRTC SDK using C to stream my USB camera in Raspberry PI, but when I am running this SDK to stream, it's taking 15-20 Seconds to load the video in beginning when multiple users connect to it. Anyone has any idea how can we reduce this delay ? it only happening when multiple users are connecting to same stream.
