Is it okay to run Stress Tester on EC2

Like I am working a Project say it like its a Minecraft Server Stresser It a wild resourse hungry if have enoough resourse on as EC2 instance can i ran it

lastly tried on Google Cloud [They Suspend saying it was Flagged as mining [ ts not its just resource hungry]
