AWS exam name change request

Hi, I have requested for name change for AWS exam .It has been 2 days but I didn't get any confirmation mail. How can I know the name changed or not. Tomorrow I have AWS exam .So,Please confirm this.

As per https://aws.amazon.com/certification/policies/during-testing/#ID_Requirements

If you need your name changed in our system, please contact AWS Training and Certification support

They can be contacted at https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training
