Removed Route 53 Policy record /AWS WAF Global-WebACLV2 but charges increasing everyday

Deleted the policy record for my hosted zone and disabled the WAF associated with cloudfront, but charges for both services are increasing everyday. What else needs to be done as assumption is both services charge on prorated basis.
