Aws rabbitmq connection getting closed after 3-4 seconds

telnet ip address of aws rabbitmq 5671 Trying 10.xx.xx.xx... Connected to ip address of aws rabbitmq Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host.

I am able to access aws rabbit mq through url but when i try to do telnet it is getting connected and after 3-4 second it get disconnected....i have opened the port of the security group....still dont know where i am doing wrong ....can anyone help me urgently
