How to identify CTI associated with services within one or more AWS accounts?

Hello AWS community, our team is updating the CTI and would like to update it in AWS accounts and services. Identifying and updating the CTI at the AWS account is simple, but there are several services such as Cloudwatch Dashboards which can have a CTI different than the AWS account, so how can we easily retrieve CTI assignment across all services and objects within one or more AWS accounts? Any code or no-code solution is appreciated. Thanks!
