For the IP addresses changing issue, you’ll need to assign the Light Sail a static IP, I’ve included two separate links detailing this.

Other options include updating DNS records to insurance your domain name is associated with the instance and has the correct A record. Be sure to clear the DNS cache after updating this record for whatever machine is attempting to reach the lightsail site. Also, ensure that lightsail does not have any firewalls on the necessary ports blocking the traffic. As for Moddle specifically, I do not have the expertise to know how any of these factors I listed above may be impacted.
